Our Australian farms are located at Kialla, Victoria, and Peake, South Australia. In both locations a Mediterranean climate allows us to produce high quality oils.
At Kialla we focus on growing the Italian premium olive varieties of frantoio and coratina.
At Peake we have a super high density planting of arbosana, arbequina, koroneiki, signore (FS-17) and don carlo. The Peake farm operates under the name ‘Olivos’ but has the same ownership and management.
At both locations we process our olives on-farm using the latest Alfa-Laval processing equipment, minimizing the time from harvest to processing, which is important to preserve the polyphenols that make olive oil so healthy.
